Ward continues expansion in the North
We’re pleased to share that we have taken on more office space located in the heart of Manchester, in the vibrant Spinningfields area.
Our continued growth across the North West created the need for a more local office space. Located within a minutes’ walk of the vibrant Spinningfields area places our management team in the heart of our service offerings.
Similarly to our Birmingham office space, we have also opted for a flexible set-up in Manchester, meaning we’re able to adapt quickly to our changing requirements, as needed, whilst also being able to offer our employees a workspace that suits their needs.
Compared to a traditional office setting, a flexible approach to working is not only more innovative, but it also cuts down on carbon emissions and enhances social value. As a social value business, being in Manchester allows us to be better connected with the local community and add benefit, where we can.
As a company that focuses on driving sustainability through our actions, we have selected an office building that has achieved BREEAM Excellent, and an EPC A. In addition to this, flexible working enables us to grow our business, whilst being more sustainable.
