Justin Quigley, Technical Solutions Lead

Justin is a highly experienced physical security professional with over 20 years industry experience, a Fellow of the Security Institute, a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Physical Security Professional (PSP), a Certified Technical Security Professional (CTSP).  Justin also holds a Master’s Degree in Security Management (MSc) and has British Technical Qualifications in Security Consultancy, Electronics, CCTV Installation, Alarm Installation, Access Control, IP Networks and CCTV System Design.

Hayley Graves, Head of Development 

Hayley has over a decade experience in the security sector. As Head of Development, Hayley will build on her existing network while developing new relationships along the way.  Hayley has invested in her knowledge and expertise, including a BTEC Level 3 in Business Administration and Management, Level 4 Security Risk Management and Level 5 Operational Management and Leadership.

Nick Bartlett, Head of Mobile Services

Nick is a mobile services specialist, with a decade of successful mobile services management experience. Nick regularly attends national training sessions and keeps his team and business stream up to date with industry trends, changing mobile technology, management information and reporting systems and wellness programmes.  Nick regularly develops internal systems to meet the needs of his team and is very customer focused.

Keith Farthing, Head of National Operations Centre

Keith has over 30 years experience in the security industry.  The National Operations Centre operates 24/7, 365 days a year and Keith leads a team of 10 colleagues who co-ordinate our major incident response, CCTV monitoring, mobile services deployment, service desks, manned guarding assistance, employee welfare, health and safety and site escalations.
