London Community Foundation Benefits from Ward’s Support

Ward Security is delighted to support The London Community Foundation’s COVID response work.

Ward is working with the London Foundation to fund community organisations that are working tirelessly across the capital to support vulnerable Londoners through the Coronavirus crisis. Support organisations are often run by small, dedicated teams of staff and volunteers on shoestring budgets. But the speed, agility, and flexibility they have shown during this crisis is utterly inspiring.

“It is important to us that wherever possible we help the communities where our employees live and work.” said Kevin Ward, Managing Director of Ward Security. “It is not always easy to do this in isolation which is why by working with the London Community Foundation we have found we are able reach those charities that are the most in need.  It is very sad that there are so many people struggling as consequence of  the pandemic, but thanks to those small charities who are working at grassroots level we feel we are able to help make a difference.”
