London Ops Team Support Young Hackney

An initiative that originated from the team, it was fantastic to see Chris, David  Elaine & Lucy from Ward Security’s London team demonstrating their community spirit by dropping in across 2 shifts to support Young Hackney at Shoreditch Adventure Park.

Young Hackney is the Council’s Early Help and Prevention Service for all young people aged 6 to 19, or up to 25 and for young people with special education needs or disabilities. They work to ensure that all young people in the borough enjoy their youth and have support in their transition to an independent and successful adulthood.

Account Manager Christopher Glen sums it up by saying “They are not for profit . I really think Ward Security as a company should throw our weight behind them as a lot of the kids and families there yesterday live in abject poverty in the shadow of the city!! Time and effort on our part really helps.”
