Yorke Property Management select Ward as security partner for nine prestigious sites across Central London

Ward is pleased to announce it has been appointed as security partner at nine sites across Central London for Yorke Property Management Limited.

The sites range from corporate offices, hotels, retail and apartments, with services including physical security, front of house, remote monitoring, patrol and response services.

This appointment saw 36 very experienced employees join the Ward team through a successful TUPE transfer, supporting our seamless mobilisation and transition commitment, and ensuring the our clients’ business operations continued uninterrupted from day one.

Yorke Property Management Limited, part of the Global Holdings Management Group, is an international association of real estate asset management and investment advisory companies operating across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Their portfolio consists of over 10 million square feet of real estate, across over 120 properties and 2,500 hotel rooms. They manage some of the most exciting real estate development projects in the world.
