Our technologically advanced Communication Centre is the operational hub of our service.

The Communication Centre allows us to keep an eye on your assets and manage our security response. Providing automated, real time attendance monitoring of our Security Officers, complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients, we are able to deploy our Fast Response Teams to alerts received from Alarm Receiving Centres.

Advanced vehicle tracking ensures not only the fastest response time, but also speed and idling times to ensure that CO2 emissions are minimised.

Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to motion-activated cameras are also carried out from the Centre, triggering despatch of a Fast Response Team or visual verification, enabling us to alert the Police or other emergency services as appropriate.

Our clients can also take advantage of our out-of-hours help desk, where emergency maintenance calls are logged and professionally handled.

The Communication Centre is mirrored at our Central London disaster recovery suite to ensure total continuity of service and clients’ security.
