At the heart of Ward’s security business is our state-of-the-art National Operations Centre (NOC), providing intelligence and communication that helps us take the most efficient action. This technologically advanced Communication Centre is the operational hub of our service.
All major incidents are coordinated from the NOC and all remote CCTV surveillance is undertaken here by our team of highly trained, professional CCTV operatives. The NOC allows us to keep an eye on your assets and manage our security response. We can deploy our Fast Response Teams as soon as alerts are received from Alarm Receiving Centres. This includes automated, real time attendance monitoring of our Security Officers, complete with audit trail so you know when and where teams were called out.
Routine remote CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring and response to motion-activated cameras are also carried out from the NOC. Trained operators dynamically assess each activation, triggering despatch of a Fast Response Team, the police or other emergency services as appropriate.
You can also take advantage of our out-of-hours helpdesk, where emergency maintenance calls are logged and professionally handled.
The National Operations Centre (NOC) is manned 24 / 7, 365 days of the year by SIA licensed operatives and will monitor your CCTV, WIDS and PIDS.
