Ward Security’s Operations Team Score a Hat Trick of Promotions

We are delighted to announce three new internal promotions within the Operations Team demonstrating the strength and breadth of experience in the Ward Security team.

Debbie Lawmon has been promoted to Regional Director for London where she will head up the operational team and support client service delivery.

As part of her new role she will be responsible for developing and mentoring the team as well as playing a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships. Debbie joined the Ward Security team in 2016 as an Associate Director with extensive experience in the security industry, her knowledge and attention to detail has been invaluable in measuring our performance and recommending new client innovations.

In addition, Jason Roughly and Bruce Anderson have both been promoted to Senior Regional Managers for the West and Central Regions reporting into Dan Liddiard.

Jason joined our team in 2017 with extensive security industry experience in managerial roles which encompass every aspect of security manager.  He is an experienced team leader and under his supervision his team has thrived with two of his security officers recently been awarded a national ACS Pacesetters Award in recognition of their excellent performance.  Jason is a hard worker and well-liked by clients and throughout the business.

Bruce has been a key member of the Ward Security Operations team since early 2016 and has a proven track record managing a team of operation managers looking after a large number of sites.  As well as having excellent security knowledge and experience, his close monitoring of key performance indicators ensures the smooth management of sites under his supervision.
