Ward Security is passionate about perks!

Ward Security, working in partnership with PerkBox, now offers all employees the fantastic free benefit of Gold Level membership to recognise and reward the contribution of our greatest asset, our people.

All members of the Ward Security team with more than six months service will be automatically enrolled into the perk scheme and given a login to Perkbox where they can access hundreds of exclusive perks. Perks are wide-ranging and include discounts at high street retailers, money off groceries at major supermarkets, discount vouchers for cinema tickets, days out, gym memberships, money off mobile phones, laptops, holidays and insurance, and there is even free monthly coffee vouchers.

In addition, Ward Security has also signed up to give each employee access to a free confidential employee assistance programme. This 24/7 helpline gives employees access to qualified counsellors and advisors 365 days of the year to assist with a range of personal issues such as legal, mental-wellbeing, financial and health issues. There is someone on the end of a phone to support you in a range of issues from stress management and money problems, to recent bereavement. A team of fully qualified counsellors are on hand for all Ward Security personnel to access.
