Ward Named As ‘Inspiration In HR Finalists’ in 2021 Security Excellence Awards

Ward Security are proud to announce that we have been named as Finalists in the Inspiration in HR category at the 2021 Security and Fire Excellence Awards.

This is no small part due to the fantastic work undertaken by our People team including Rachel Kay, Debbie Aitken and Natalie Sparrow, as well as commitment and support from across the whole of the Ward business under our ‘Wellbeing @ Ward’ core People Pillar, .

People Director Caroline Cuthbert commented: “Our people matter.  I am tremendously proud of the work undertaken by the team on Mental Health and Wellbeing and the achievement of the MIND Index Silver Award from the work of our ‘Wellbeing Working Group’.  This truly cements our value of ‘Wellbeing @ Ward’ and puts our people at the heart of Ward Security.  In a time where our frontline people continued to undertake their professional and key worker duties as our ambassadors, being able to provide support when needed is critical to the welfare and wellbeing of our colleagues.
