Team Ward celebrate learning and development milestones across the company

October was a great month for learning and development within Team Ward!

  • Members of the Security Team, alongside occupiers and stakeholders from one of our London sites, successfully completed the Level 2 Award in Mental Health First Aid Awareness.
  • Michelle Long, Head of Security, recently completed her Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship – a significant milestone reflecting her continued dedication to leadership and professional growth.
  • Ian Maguire, Security Supervisor, achieved his Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service Skills, further strengthening his service excellence skills and delivery.
  • One of our London teams received commendations for consistently going above and beyond in their learning and development. In addition to this, Site Manager, Jiten Patel, completed his Level 3 Security First Line Manager Apprenticeship with Distinction.
  • Georgina Tagg has been promoted to NOC Manager, while working towards her Level 3 Security First Line Manager Apprenticeship. The knowledge, skills, and behaviours developed through the programme, and the support of her tutor Steve Tucker from Mercury Training Services Ltd, has given Georgina the confidence and capability to take on this new challenge!

A huge well done to everyone! It’s amazing to see such dedication and hard work across the company.
