Supporting Living Wage Week

Ward is proud to support Living Wage Week.

This year focused on recognising employers who have taken ‘a step beyond’ by becoming Living Wage accredited and paying a real Living Wage.

As a Recognised Service Provider, this week we celebrate, alongside 15,000 Living Wage accredited employers, the movement for fair wages and paying employees a real Living Wage – the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living, ensuring employees can afford to cover their everyday needs. With the rise in costs, it’s never been more important.

Together we encourage others to join the movement through raising awareness of what the Living Wage is, the impact it can have and why it’s so important.
