Senior Operations Managers Join the Team

Ward Security is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Harris and Max Loubser as Lead Operations Managers joining the London team.  Mark and Max will report directly into Regional Director, Debbie Lawmon and Director, Julian Roche at Ward Security.

Mark Harris joins us from OCS Group where he has held the position of Operations Manager since 2009, he is a highly experienced manager with over 25 years of working within the contract services industry.  He was previously employed in the forces and MOD.  Mark will be part of the new team structure for London assisted by Sam Harding.

Max Loubser joins the team from Profile Security and before that Interr Security where he held Client Director and Regional Manager positions.  His early career began in Johannesburg before moving to London in 2001.  Max will primarily be responsible for looking after Ward Security’s major client portfolio assisted by Kelly Thompson.
