An Evening of Recognition and Celebration at our 2025 Star Awards

On Thursday 27th March, our 18th Star Awards ceremony took place at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London. Joined by nearly 200 guests, from finalists, to clients, suppliers and members of Team Ward, it was another fantastic evening celebrating the success and achievements of our employees.

As always, the standard of nominees across the business was outstanding, which made not only choosing the finalists, but the winners, extremely tough. Reflective of the fantastic work displayed throughout the year, we introduced a number of new awards; Learner of the Year, Apprentice of the Year and Star of the Year.

This years ceremony also marked the 25th anniversary of Ward, a huge milestone. We took this opportunity to recognise our long-service employees, those who have been with Ward for over 15 years – altogether accounting for nearly 400 years of service.

We’re so proud to be able to celebrate and recognise our people in this way, because without them, Ward wouldn’t be the company it is today.

Below you can see the finalists and winners for each of the award categories – a huge well done to you all.
