MARY JANE FLANAGAN JOINS WARD AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ward are delighted to announce that Mary Jane Flanagan MBPsS Fitol (MJ) has joined the Executive Board as a Non-Executive Director.

MJ has over 30 years operational and board experience in customer facing industries including hospitality, facilities, and consulting.  She is a fellow of the Institute of Occupational Learning, a recognised member of the British Psychological Society and keynote speaker focusing on customer service and leadership excellence.
