Ward’s Head Office take part in a charity fundraiser to raise money for Women’s Aid

On Thursday 1st May, Stevie-Leigh Hounsell, Account Manager, organised a fundraiser for a fantastic cause, Women’s Aid.

Women’s Aid is a charity that works to end domestic abuse against women and children. With 1 in 4 women experiencing domestic abuse in their lifetime, Women’s Aid plays an extremely important part in the fight against such alarming figures.

The “donate-a-plate” fundraising event saw members of Team Ward make a range of dishes to raise much needed donations.

We are so proud to share that Team Ward raised an impressive £422 for the charity. These donations will go towards helping provide life-saving services across England whilst building a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated.
