Forever Manchester Supports 46 Grass Roots Community Groups

Ward Security are very proud of our partnership with Forever Manchester, being true to our commitment to support the communities in which we operate.

Forever Manchester have announced that they are delighted to award £43,848 of funding to support 46 grassroots community groups based across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.

The One GM Community Fund is a partnership between the Greater Manchester’s Mayor’s Charity and Forever Manchester, distributing money generously raised by the Greater Manchester community to support those most affected by the Covid crisis across the area.

The Fund supports projects working in one of the following thematic areas:

  • Families and individuals experiencing food poverty
  • Support for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness
  • Community based mental health and well-being support
