Ward Security was delighted to receive the Gold Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award from Medway Council, which was presented at a ceremony on the Medway Campus.

The Healthy Workplace programme has been established by Medway Council to help businesess of all sizes to become healthier places to work.  Businesses need to complete a minimum of 30 pledges to becoming a healthy workplace and gain a Gold Award.

“This Wellbeing Award is a reflection of our Wellbeing initiatives and a result of the fantastic work achieved by our Wellbeing team.   The new initiatives extend to providing ideas for healthy eating as well as ways to introduce healthy lifestyle changes to the day to day work environment.” said Kevin Ward, Managing Director of Ward Security.  “One or two small changes can make a big difference and we are delighted to see our employees embracing the opportunity to be healthier and make healthy choices at work.”
