We are currently seeking a well presented, conscientious and experienced Corporate Receptionist to work Front of House at our client site in Maidenhead. The role will require a high level of customer service and communication skills. The successful applicant will liaise with occupiers meetings, greeting and carrying out other reception duties.

What is the role?

Your main duties will be to meet and greet all visitors and to provide a 5 star building management customer service experience whilst maintaining the professional image & reputation of the company.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • To be flexible and available when called upon, if operational needs require so this will be at short notice, you will work on various sites as and when required.
  • Meet & greet and deal with all clients, suppliers and internal staff courteously and efficiently.
  • Ensure reception desk, waiting area, client lounge and conference rooms (where applicable) are always clean, tidy, fully equipped and ready for use.
  • Report faults and repairs for timely remedial action.
  • Liaise with catering (where applicable), maintenance, security, technical/room bookings department and cleaning to ensure the overall service is timely and seamless.
  • Answer telephone calls within 3 rings, scan, print, and deliver messages and faxes to meetings as required.
  • Ensure personal presentation and grooming is of a high standard. Ensure your uniform is regularly cleaned and pressed.
  • Ensure that visitors and contractors passes are issued and all details are logged on the relevant sheets. Endeavour to retrieve passes when the visitors/contractors leave the premises.
  • Operate the electronic visitor access system, issuing and managing visitor passes as required.
  • Be aware of all Front of House service standards and work as a team to ensure they are met and exceeded.
  • Develop self and others – seek out new learning opportunities and raise the standard of business performance.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management.
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Evacuation procedures are adhered to and attend Fire Warden Training.
  • May be required to perform administrative duties and support the client management team as required.

Any other duties that the Company may request from time to time that have not been included in the above.
