Since 2007 we have recognised and rewarded our people through the Star Awards initiative. Our Employee Star Awards have been created to recognise employee excellence, professionalism and commitment in the workplace.

Throughout the year, employees are nominated by clients, managers or members of the public in recognition of outstanding professionalism in the course of undertaking their day to day duties. The nominations are sent to the Star Awards panel for review. The panel meets regularly to review the nominations and shortlist the candidates who will potentially become finalists.

Great achievements celebrated in style

The 2024 Star Awards took place on 15 March at The Underglobe, London. This year over 60 individuals were nominated across the categories of Service Excellence, Outstanding Acts, Team and Community Award, a fantastic recognition for the great work the team complete day in, day out.

We were delighted to be joined by colleagues, clients and friends to celebrate the fantastic people we have at Ward whilst also taking time to reflect on the successes of 2023.
