Working For Our Local Communities

Ward Security believes passionately in supporting and giving back to the local communities it operates within.

The sponsorship of events, taking part in fundraising activity or giving charitable donations by Ward Security are either linked to those nominated by employees or have a special connection with the business owner.

Every year employees, clients and suppliers of Ward Security come together to take part in a range of challenges to raise funds for good causes.  Over the years these have included running and cycling events, golf days, charity dinners, themed office days, dragon boat racing and the ever popular cake sale!  These activities have raised thousands for charities.

In addition, Ward Security provides security services and advice on a pro bono basis for a number of good causes and organisations which have a wider community benefit such as the Medway Food Bank Trust, Rochester Cathedral and Heritage Watch Kent.

Here a just a few of the charities Ward Security has supported over the years.

  • Burns Camps for Young Burns Survivors
  • For Jimmy Foundation
  • Nordoff Robins – music therapy foundation
  • Medway Food Bank Trust
  • Aylsford Bulls, RFC
