Hayley Forster - Training and Compliance Manager
Hayley is responsible for the training and development of employees within the organisation as well as for providing statistical resources for HR, Operations and Compliance. She assists with ensuring that the Company operates within the guidelines set internally and externally, enabling compliance to be maintained through the Company Operating Procedures through the internal auditing process in place within the Company with which Hayley assists. Hayley has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Management, as well as a Level 2 NCFE certificate in Diversity Management.
Kellie Jones - Training and Development Administrator
Kellie is responsible for providing day to day support to the Training and Compliance Manager and Associate Director-HR for all training and development administration in accordance, Company Operating Procedures and UK Legislation.
Alan Payne - Compliance Officer
Alan is responsible for ensuring that all operations of the business are completed in accordance with current legislation and with the current subscribed British Standards. Alan is responsible for ensuring that every officer receives a Welfare Visit at least once per month and assisting the Compliance Department with ensuring that officer’s health and safety is maintained whilst carrying out their duties. Alan has been employed by Ward Security since 2006 as a site based officer on a prestigious site in Kent, before being internally promoted to Compliance Officer in January 2009. Prior to this Alan worked within the Prison Service for 28 years at Governor Grade. Alan is currently working towards a Level 2 NCFE certificate in Diversity Management.
