David Ward - Managing Director
David has the responsibility of identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy to continue the success of the Company through effective leadership and management.
Kevin Ward - Operations Director
Kevin has the responsibility of ensuring that the Operations department functions to the best of it’s ability, striving to implement best practice and developing key talent in the team.
Ann Ward - Company Secretary
Ann offers outstanding support to the Directors of the Company and is pivotal to the smooth operation of the Company.

David King - Associate Director Finance
David is the Financial Controller, responsible for the overall finance function of the company. David's key roles include the management and operation of the companys financial systems and policies as well as reporting to the board on all fiscal matters. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, David joined Ward Security Limited in 2008 after 11 years in practice, qualifying with Burgess Hodgson.

Sam Pullen - Associate Director HR
Sam is responsible for all HR related issues and ensuring that the organisation complies with all employment legislation, whilst reviewing and implementing all employment policies and practices. Sam has a NVQ Level 4 in Management and a Level 3 NCFE certificate in Diversity Mangement.

Peter Williams - Associate Director Operations
Peter oversees both Operations and Response departments. Peter is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operational management of the Company's portfolio by means of interaction and direct liaison with Operational Managers, employees and clients. Peter is also responsible for providing training to dog handlers and their canines. Peter is a Home Office accredited dog instructor in General Purpose, Narcotics, Weapons Recovery and Explosive Search. He has a Diploma in Dog Behaviour and is qualified to City & Guilds BS7303 Level 3. Peter is qualified in Counter Terrorist search tactics as well as being a Home Office qualified Arrest and restraint instructor.
