David Ward - Managing Director

David has the responsibility of identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy to continue the success of the Company through effective leadership and management.

Kevin Ward - Operations Director

Kevin has the responsibility of ensuring that the Operations department functions to the best of it’s ability, striving to implement best practice and developing key talent in the team.

David King - Associate Director Finance (Company Secretary)

David is the Financial Controller, responsible for the overall finance function of the company. David's key roles include the management and operation of the companys financial systems and policies as well as reporting to the board on all fiscal matters. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, David joined Ward Security Limited in 2008 after 11 years in practice, qualifying with Burgess Hodgson. He was appointed Company Secretary in September 2010.

Sam Pullen - Associate Director HR

Sam is responsible for all HR related issues and ensuring that the organisation complies with all employment legislation, whilst reviewing and implementing all employment policies and practices. Sam has a NVQ Level 4 in Management and a Level 3 NCFE certificate in Diversity Mangement.

Nikhil Kamboj - Associate Director Compliance and IT

Nikhil is responsible for managing the Company IT infrastructure and for providing relevant and qualitative business intelligence to improve business efficiencies. Nikhil is also responsible for ensuring that all core Company functions are conducted in each region in a manner compliant with prevailing legislation, regulatory standards and Company operational procedures. He is ultimately responsible for leading and directing the internal audit programme. Nikhil is the Management Representative for external quality audits for achieving Company accreditations and will be the interface between the external governance bodies and Ward Security Limited ensuring direction is given to those Managers within the Company who are responsible for implementing the Company’s compliance procedures.
