Brian Stroud - Associate Director (designate) Response

Brian is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the Company’s Response Division Portfolio by means of operational interaction and direct supervision of staff. He develops, manages and monitors personnel ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company are adhered to. This includes Keyholding services such as Alarm Response, Locking/Unlocking, Patrols & Void Property Inspections, as well as CCTV services.

Vanessa Punnett - Response Administration Manager

Vanessa oversees the completion of the day to day contract administration of the Response Division.. This includes raising all contract start up and renewal paperwork, monitoring all incident reports that are filed by the duty officers and reporting to the client as necessary, as well as raisng the associated invoices. (Vanessa is currently on Maternity leave)

Stephanie O'Neill - Senior Response Administrator

Stephanie is the Response Administrator for Ward Security. She is responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the services provided by the Response department & in particular the Property Inspection service.
