Peter Williams - Associate Director Operations
Peter oversees our Dog Section and Response department. In addition to providing an outstanding level of training to dog handlers and their canines, Peter also develops, manages and monitors all security personnel within the team ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company are adhered to. Peter is a Home Office accredited dog instructor in General Purpose, Narcotics, Weapons Recovery and Explosive Search. He has a Diploma in Dog Behaviour and is qualified to City & Guilds BS7303 Level 3. Peter is qualified in Counter Terrorist search tactics as well as being a Home Office qualified Arrest and restraint instructor.
Vanessa Punnett - Response Administration Manager
Vanessa oversees the completion of the day to day contract administration. This includes raising all contract start up and renewal paperwork, monitoring all incident reports that are filed by the duty officers and reporting to the client as necessary, as well as raisng the associated invoices.

Richard Montgomery - Response Operations Manager
Richard is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of the Dog Handler and Response teams ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company and client’sare adhered to.
Charlie Thompson - Response Administrator
Charlie is the Response Administrator for Ward Security Limited. She is responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the services provided by the Response department.
