Nikhil Kamboj - Associate Director Compliance & IT
Nikhil is responsible for managing the Company IT infrastructure
and for providing relevant and qualitative business intelligence to improve
business efficiencies. He ensures that all core
Company functions are conducted in each region in a manner compliant with
prevailing legislation, regulatory standards and Company operational
procedures. He holds a Masters degree in Distributed Systems and Networks, and has also completed various courses on Windows Server 2003. As the Management Representative for external
quality audits designed to achieve Company accreditations Nikhil is also the interface
between the external governance bodies and Ward Security. He recently completed the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor
Training.

Vanessa Punnett - Response Administration Manager
Vanessa oversees the completion of the day to day contract administration for the Response Division. This includes raising all contract start up and renewal paperwork, monitoring all incident reports that are filed by the duty officers and reporting to the client as necessary, as well as raisng the associated invoices. Vanessa is also a member of Ward Security's internal auditing committee and is responsible for conducting audits to maintain the Company's Quality standards. Vanessa has recently completed the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor

Kellie Jones - Compliance Administrator
Kellie is responsible for providing day to day support to the Compliance team and Associate Director Compliance & IT for all administration in accordance with Company Operating Procedures and UK Legislation. Kellie is also responsible for administration of the training and appraisal process for Ward Security.
Alan Payne - Compliance Manager
Alan is responsible for ensuring that all operations of the business are completed in accordance with current legislation and with the current subscribed British Standards. Alan is responsible for ensuring that every officer receives a Welfare Visit at least once per month and assisting the Compliance Department with ensuring that officer’s health and safety is maintained whilst carrying out their duties. Alan has been employed by Ward Security since 2006 as a site based officer on a prestigious site in Kent, before being internally promoted to Compliance Officer in January 2009. Prior to this Alan worked within the Prison Service for 28 years at Governor Grade. Alan is currently working towards a Level 2 NCFE certificate in Diversity Management.

Curtis Jeffrey Le Gendre - Compliance Officer
Curtis is responsible for ensuring that all operations of the business are completed in accordance with current legislation and with the current subscribed British Standards. He is responsible for ensuring that every officer receives a Welfare Visit at least once per month and assisting the Compliance Department with ensuring that officer’s health and safety is maintained whilst carrying out their duties. Curtis was an officer on a prestigious site that Ward Security took over in March 2009, before being internally promoted to Compliance Officer in December 2010.
