Nikhil Kamboj - IT & Quality Manager
Nikhil is responsible for ensuring the effective deployment and operation of all Company IT and communication’s networks. Nikhil is also responsible for achieving and maintaining all Company Quality Standards and monitoring the performance of the quality management system. Nikhil holds a Masters degree in Distributed Systems and Networks, and has also completed courses in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Administration and Advanced technology specialising in Windows Server 2003. Nikhil has recently completed the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor Training.

Vanessa Punnett - Response Administration Manager
Vanessa oversees the completion of the day to day contract administration. This includes raising all contract start up and renewal paperwork, monitoring all incident reports that are filed by the duty officers and reporting to the client as necessary, as well as raisng the associated invoices.

Hayley Forster - Training and Compliance Manager
Hayley is responsible for the training and development of employees within the organisation as well as for providing statistical resources for HR, Operations and Compliance. She assists with ensuring that the Company operates within the guidelines set internally and externally, enabling compliance to be maintained through the Company Operating Procedures through the internal auditing process in place within the Company with which Hayley assists. Hayley has achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Management, as well as a Level 2 NCFE certificate in Diversity Management.
