Our success depends on the experience and commitment of our people at all levels. What is the point of winning a highly desirable contract without good quality staff to manage and run it. We look to recruit the best people we can and then ensure they have adequate training to do their job efficiently; their skills and effectiveness are directly linked to our continued growth and success. We truly believe in looking after our people and this can be adequately demonstrated by our employee of the month awards. Held monthly in each of the five regions, employees are nominated by clients and colleagues alike, with the winner receiving a voucher of their choice for £100 along with a certificate commemorating their achievement.
On top of this, each regional winner and a guest are invited to the annual employee of the year award dinner where all the winners compete for the five regional awards. These comprise of an engraved trophy and holiday vouchers worth £250 each with one lucky employee winning the employee of the year award. In 2007 the ’winner Dennis Waterman. The winner for 2008 who was announced at the employee of the year awards dinner held at Oakwood House in Maidstone in February 2009 was Jack Goodayle who walked away with an engraved trophy and travel vouchers worth £1000.
