John Bucksey - Operations Manager South
John is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the Company’s South portfolio by means of operational interaction and direct supervision of staff and liaison with Clients. He develops, manages and monitors security personnel ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company are adhered to. John has completed an Awareness Course for Project Griffin as well as achieving an NVQ Level 3 in Management.
Paul Hearne - Operations Manager Midlands
Paul is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the Company’s Midlands portfolio by means of operational interaction and direct supervision of staff and liaison with Clients. He develops, manages and monitors security personnel ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company are adhered to.
Peter Varty - Operations Manager London
Peter is responsible for managing the operational processes of contracts within the London region. He manages and monitors security personnel ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company and client are adhered to. Peter also verifies the quality of processes and procedures as part of the company Quality Management System. Peter has completed an Awareness Course for Project Griffin as well as achieving an NVQ Level 3 in Management.
Rachael Bannister - Operations Manager West
Rachael is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of the Company’s West portfolio by means of operational interaction and direct supervision of staff and liaison with Clients. She develops, manages and monitors security personnel ensuring that all relevant standards, contractual obligations and health and safety issues set out by the Company are adhered to. Rachael also completes all Risk Assessments for the Company, and deals with the day to day Health & Safety performance of the Company and its staff. Rachael holds a BSC Level 2 qualification in Risk Assessment in addition to being trained in NEBOSH general certificate and has gained a Level 3 NVQ in Management.
Rachel Nicholls - Operations Assistant
Rachel is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the London and West regions, in particular administrative support for all operational activity. Rachel rosters all sites within her regions, including arranging cover for sickness/absence.
Charlene Pearce - Operations Assistant
Charlene is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the South region, in particular administrative support for all operational activity. Charlene rosters all sites within her region, including arranging cover for sickness/absence.
