Sam Pullen - Associate Director HR

Sam is responsible for all HR related issues and ensuring that the organisation complies with all employment legislation, whilst reviewing and implementing all employment policies and practices. Sam has a NVQ Level 4 in Management and a Level 3 NCFE certificate in Diversity Mangement.

Barry Kingsland - HR Manager

Barry is responsible for all HR related issues as well as the management of Operational admin. He ensures that the organisation complies with employment legislation through implementing pertinent policies and practices as well as ensuring that all sites are correctly resourced and fully operational at all times. Barry’s role also provides valuable support and back-up to the Associate Director HR as well as Associate Director Operations where necessary. Barry has a NVQ Level 3 in Management and a Level 2 NCFE certificate in Diversity Management.

Hayley Diddams - HR Officer

Hayley is responsible for recruitment. This involves interviewing and vetting all new employees as well as ensuring that all personnel files are updated and maintained to the highest standard. Hayley also works very closely with the HR Manager for all HR issues and personnel administration in accordance with BS7858.
