David King - Associate Director Finance (Company Secretary)

As Financial Controller, David is responsible for the overall finance function of the company. His key roles include the management and operation of the company’s financial systems and policies as well as reporting to the board on all fiscal matters. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, David joined Ward Security in 2008 after 11 years in practice, qualifying with Burgess Hodgson. He was appointed Company Secretary in September 2010.

Helen Hall - Finance Manager (Guarding)

Helen maintains the accounts function for the Company, including the tasks of being the administrant of the payroll process, costing contracts and overseeing the finance operation of the Company. Helen has got an NVQ Level 3 in Management and recently achieved AACA Level 2 in accounting.

Sarah Jones - Finance Manager (Response)

Sarah manages the accounts for our Response division overseeing invoicing, credit control and all other related administrative duties. Sarah is accredited to full Level 4 AAT qualification.

Tracy Clout - Finance Administrator

Tracy provides support to the Finance team with payroll, sales and purchase ledger and credit control, along with other general administrative duties.
