HEAD OFFICE: We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to work within our Head Office in Rochester.
|
|
Role:
|
Ward Security Limited requires an Accounts Assistant. Your main area of responsibility will be the Credit Control of the company, including:
Communication with a wide customer portfolio to manage the prompt payment of debtor accounts
Recording of all communication with customers in managing the credit control process
Managing the process of instructing further action against late paying customers.
Other duties will include:
The maintenance of the ledgers of two subsidiary companies, including relevant reconciliations, with the purpose of producing P&Ls and Balance Sheets
Assistance in the payroll process and the relevant recording on the ledgers thereon
Since this is a pressurised office environment the ideal candidate must have a strong personality, be highly motivated and self-driven with excellent communication and accurate data inputting skills.
Word and Excel skills and appropriate qualifications in Maths and English are required. Customer services skills and knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Quickbooks and an accounting qualification will be an advantage.
