UK Terror Alert Status
Ward Security recently enrolled in the Silver Fox external audit scheme. This scheme is independently run by The Security Watchdog to improve the level of on-site performance of security teams across the UK through independent audits. Over the years, the Silver Fox Audit programme has been widely identified by security companies, their clients and in-house establishments alike as the most desirable and cost effective on-site audit offering in the industry at a time where regulators mandate ever higher standards - and complacency has ever greater consequences. Each audit comprises three stages and the 1st stage is attempted entry. This is a vital part of the audit and tests the Duty Officer’s alertness, attitude, training for the job and understanding of duties at the time and place of the attempted entry. Ward Security Limited is pleased to announce that the following officers showed alertness and professionalism as they “rumbled” the Silver Fox during their on-site audit in May 2009 and prevented the entry to site. The site then went on to pass the second and third parts of the audit giving an overall pass score. Mohammed Khan Site: Hagley Road, Midlands Ejaz Ahmed Site: Trinity Square, West Each of the Security Officer’s above will be presented with a prestigious Silver Fox tie pin as well as a cheque for £100 and a special recognition certificate from the company.
