Ward Security Limited has announced the following winners of the Employee of the Month award for May 2009. For Midlands –Michael Lee Michael has been nominated for this award because of his continuous flexibility for covering shifts at the last minute and for his ongoing dedication to the site at Windmill Shopping Centre and also to the Company. The commitment that he has shown is highly regarded and he is a valuable asset to the Midlands region. Site: Windmill Shopping Centre, on behalf of MJ Mapp Special Recognition Award –Alan Payne, Compliance Officer Alan has been nominated for this award by two members of the Operations Team, due to his assistance, flexibility and overall support to the Operations Department. Alan has demonstrated flexibility and initiative in ensuring that the health, safety and welfare obligations of the Company are met whilst also ensuring that each site is performing as per contractual requirements. •Each winner of Employee of the Month has been awarded with a certificate and a £100 voucher of their choice, and will be invited to the Annual Employee Awards Dinner to be held in February 2010.
