Employee Awards - April

Ward Security Limited are pleased to announce the following winners of the Employee of the Month award for April 2009.


For London –Gasper Fernandes

Gasper has been nominated for this award because of his excellent performance on site, in particular for his assistance and professionalism when dealing with a potentially serious flood on site which occurred recently.

For Midlands –Bernie Nihill

Bernie has been nominated for this award in recognition for his continued hard work, and commitment to the Company and to his site.  Bernie is always professional and vigilant in his work, and recently this has assisted with a Police investigation.

For South East –David Button 

David has been nominated for this award because of his continued flexibility and dedication to the Company.  David is always willing to be flexible and assist wherever he can, and continually shows professional and dedication in his duties.  David has forged excellent relationships with Clients and colleagues and is a highly regarded member of the team.

For Response  - Matt Austin

Matt has been nominated for this award in reward for his hard work, assistance and professionalism with the mobilization of the new response contract.  Matt has continuously exceeded expectations and worked relentlessly to ensure the mobilisation of the new contract was seamless.

Each winner has been awarded with a certificate and a £100 voucher of their choice, and will be invited to the Annual Employee Awards Dinner to be held in February 2010.
