Company Structure and Areas of Operation
The company has a robust structure; led by our senior management team comprising of four Associate Directors, in conjunction with the board comprising of the two Directors/outright Company owners. They between them they have the responsibility of identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy for the company.
The business is further broken down into four areas of expertise each headed up by an associate director. These areas are Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Quality/Health and Safety. As the head of their section the associate directors manage and monitor the performance of their respective teams to successfully achieve both internal and external performance targets. Empowered by the board to make executive decisions there is no need for protracted discussions to resolve any issues of concern for either the client or the security officer.
The operations team is further broken down into five areas, four of these are geographical areas, South, London, West and the Midlands. There are regional offices in the south and London with another due to open in the west in the near future. Each of the four regions has its own locally based Operations Manager who looks after the day to day management of the clients and security officers with support from the Head Office team and our 24 hour contact centre.
The fifth area of operation is our specialist service section which comprises of our Dog Section, patrol section and our key holding Kent section. Although predominately strong in the South and London with our section of over thirty team members, we are equally able of providing cover throughout the UK by utilising the services of strong business partners who meet our own strict standards of accreditation.
