Project Description:
Kent County Council appointed Ward Security to provide guarding and key holding services cover at its SHQ buildings in Maidstone, King's Hill and Ashford. Officers are undertaking full Front of House duties including access control, visual deterrent, special event stewarding and CCTV surveillance and monitoring.

The project requires extensive interface with the client and visitors and high emphasis is being placed upon delivering security within an interpersonal environment.

The Results:
Since Ward Security took over responsibility for security at selected Kent County Council facilities, officers have achieved seamless integration with staff, generated a heightened awareness of the need for professional surveillance and made the working environment tangibly more secure.

Project Description:
The Marcol Group appointed Ward Security to provide total security coverage at its flagship central London property, Southampton Buildings in Chancery Lane.

Ward deploys 24-hour guarding services to protect the building itself as well as ensuring prospective tenants are welcomed and cared for. The team has gained an expert knowledge of the building’s infrastructure, having also provided guarding services throughout its 16-month refurbishment programme.

The Results:
Since Ward Security took over responsibility for safeguarding Southampton Buildings, no incidents have occurred and tenants appreciate the higher levels of protection the partnership with Marcol Group ensures.
