Employee Awards - March

Ward Security Limited are pleased to announce the following winners of the Employee of the Month award for March 2010.

For London –Ahmed Muose

Ahmed was nominated for this award by his Operations Manager, Peter Varty for the positive feedback which he had received from various people at the site where Ahmed was currently assigned. Ahmed not only cleaned the area, but demonstrated a very helpful and committed attitude which had not gone unnoticed.

For West –Umar Zaman

Umar was nominated for this award by the client for the professionalism and conduct he displayed in stopping two members of the public stealing property from the site. The professionalism and commitment that Umar displayed was above and beyond that expected from him  and was as such commendable.

 For South/East –Thomas Atley

Tom was nominated for this award by his Operations Manager John Bucksey for the committed service he provides at ADM and the flexibility he demonstrates. Tom’s duties are never overlooked and he always ensures that tasks are organised within the team in a smooth manner.

For Midlands –Carl Parsons

Carl was nominated for this award by his Operations Manager Paul Hearne for the commitment and flexibility he demonstrates in his role within the region. The support Carl gives to Paul and the dedication he has shown is to be commended.

For Call4Response –Dave Lewis

Dave was nominated for this award in recognition for the level of commitment and willingness to go above and beyond what is required from him. The dedication and conduct he displayed over a period of weeks within the team had not gone unnoticed and is commendable.

Each winner of Employee of the Month has been awarded with a certificate and a £100 voucher of their choice, and will be invited to the Annual Employee Awards Dinner to be held in March 2011.
