Employee Awards - February

Ward Security Limited has announced the following winners of the Employee of the Month award for February 2010.

For London – Olalekan Farinre



Olalekan has been nominated for this award by a tenant of Hyde Homes in recognition of his outstanding performance during a power cut which occurred over a weekend at two of the locations. Olalekan’s display of professionalism and commitment during his duties was highly commendable and his dedication to site is recognised by tenants and the Company alike.

For West – Cosmas Igioh


Cosmas has been nominated for this award by his Operations Manager, Rachael Bannister and HR Manager, Barry Kingsland and the client in recognition of his continued reliability and dedication particularly at a time where he volunteered to curtail his leave. The professionalism and friendly attitude that he displays towards his colleagues, the site and the Company during his duties is highly commendable and he clearly exhibits a great deal of pride in his work.

Bernard has been nominated for this award by the client in recognition of his performance and conduct during the bad weather that was experienced at the beginning of the year. The professionalism and commitment that he displayed was beyond expectations and as such he Bernard demonstrated that he takes a great deal of pride in his work.

For Midlands – Ebrima Saidy

Ebrima has been nominated for this award buy his Operations Manager, Paul Hearne in recognition for all the help and assistance he provided at an additional site. The professionalism and commitment that he displayed was above and beyond that expected from him and meant that he has been working at a site that his not his current assignment. This is commendable and praise is given to Ebrima for the flexibility that he has demonstrated.
