Ward Security Limited is an award winning company providing bespoke security solutions from manned guarding services to dog patrol teams, alarm response and keyholding services, for both private and public sector organisations throughout London, the Midlands and the South of England.

Company Structure and Areas of Operation
The company has a robust management structure led by brothers David and Kevin Ward, who are also outright Company owners. They between them have the responsibility of identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy for the company.
The business is further broken down into five areas of expertise each headed up by an associate director. These areas are Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Response and Compliance. As the head of their section the associate directors manage and monitor the performance of their respective teams to successfully achieve both internal and external performance targets. Empowered by the board to make executive decisions there is no need for protracted discussions to resolve any issues of concern for either the client or the security officer.
The operations team is further broken down into five areas, four of these are geographical areas, South East, London, West and the Midlands. There are regional offices in the south and London with others due to open in the west and the Midlands in the near future. Each of the four regions has its own locally based Operations Manager who looks after the day to day management of the clients and security officers with support from the Head Office team and our 24 hour contact centre.
The fifth area of operation is our specialist service section Ward Security Response Limited which comprises of our specialist search dog Section, mobile patrol and dog patrol section and our key holding Kent section. Although we have a strong presence in the South, London and the Midlands with the section comprising of over forty team members, we are equally able of providing cover throughout the UK by utilising the services of key business partners who meet our own strict standards of accreditation.
